Promotion Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 or over, except employees of Smithwick’s Experience Kilkenny (SEK) and its affiliate companies, their families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

• The promotion will run from March 14th to March 18th, 2025, inclusive. Participation outside of this time frame will be void and not eligible for the promotion.

• To avail of this promotion, visitors must meet the following criteria:

  • A ‘Patrick’-related name:

    • Acceptable first and middle name include Patrick, Paddy, Padraig, Pat, Patricia, and any other derivatives.
    • Surnames deriving from a form of Patrick, such as Patrick, Fitzpatrick, Mulpatrick, etc., are also accepted.
    • Common international derivatives of Patrick, including Patricio (Spanish), Patrizio (Italian), and Patryk (Polish), are included.

  • Walk Ups Only:

    • This offer is exclusively valid for walk-up visits and is subject to capacity availability.

  • Over 18s Only:

    • Participants must be over 18 years old as we adhere to the Diageo Marketing Code, which prohibits advertising, promotion, discounting, or gifting to minors.

  • Must Show Valid Photo Identification:

    • Individuals wishing to avail of this promotion must present valid photo identification to confirm that their name and age meet the specified criteria before gaining entry.

• Eligible participants will receive free admission for one guided tour during the promotion period i.e. March 14th to March 18th, 2025, inclusive.

• The promotion is limited to one entry per person.

• Upon arrival at SEK, walk-up guests seeking to avail of the promotion should be directed to the admissions desk.

• Eligible individuals must present valid photo identification, e.g., passport, driving license, etc., confirming their name and age before gaining entry.

• If the visitor meets the specified criteria, their entry should be recorded in the bookings system under the Tariff ‘Patrick’s Fest Comp’.

• The prize is non-transferable and holds no cash alternative.

• Participant’s personal information will be used solely for this promotion and in accordance with SEK’s privacy policy.

• SEK reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate these terms and conditions or the promotion itself if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• While SEK will not be liable for any unforeseeable losses, the promoter will not limit its liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

• This promotion and its terms are governed by the law of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

• By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
